Torrejón de Ardoz, one of the major municipalities in the Henares Corridor, adds a second weekly session on Sundays on Paseo de la Democracia, in addition to its traditional Wednesday market. It's independent from the one held midweek at the city's fairground, with its own schedule and location. Having both a midweek and a weekend market is common in large metropolitan-area towns with a strong street-trading tradition. Hours: 9:00 to 14:00.
