Arganzuela, a district in southern Madrid known for Madrid Río and the Planetario, holds its weekly market on Saturdays on Calle Meneses. It's a traditional neighbourhood market with fresh food, clothing and footwear, coexisting with the intense urban transformation this area has undergone over the past two decades, from burying the M-30 motorway to creating the linear park along the Manzanares river. Hours: 9:00 to 14:00.
